Chapoma River Fall  is the lengthiest and the highest cascade  in Murmansk region. The Fall has  four threshold. The highest one falls down from  20 meters height. The Chapoma river stream  is very rapid at this point, due to a large number of  blocks and boulders at the bottom of Chapoma river. Rockes rised over the river bankes look like picturesque canyon. Totally all along 500 meters the Fall high difference is above 30 meters. Taiga round the Fall  abounds in shrubs, moss,  lichenes. The widely-distributed species of plants are geranium, cloudberry, hellebore. Marin koren or Paeonia is included in the Red Book. No activities as acreage allotment, change land category, felling, mining operations, moss and peat recovery, drilling-and-blastings, pioneering, construction, change hydrological regime, reclamative work, environment pollution, toxic chemicals, chemical fertilizers and chemical applications, vacation spots and ect.  on the territory is conducted.
